As 2024 dawns we would like to bring you a sense of positivity during the permacrisis of our current world. Living a Secure Lifestyle is becoming more important than ever before, as life continues to bring complexity and curveballs.
As our own financial year end speeds towards us this Spring, we are proud to report another year of growth, having accomplished several large projects which are supporting more clients than before from around the world, bringing them the people, advice and project management to help them feel safe.
The big news for UMBRA as we head into the Spring is that we will be launching our UMBRA+ Membership to clients, gatekeepers and our advisory village, bringing all of our Secure Lifestyle Services together – ultimate risk resilience for the modern private client. In practice this brings together all of the ongoing project management, recruitment, and advisory needs of our clients, across our 4 ‘risk pillars’ (Physical, Digital, Reputational and Emotional) – including access to our Brand & Service Partners, as well as opening up our esteemed network of Advisory Village professionals to clients needing extra support.
This will mark yet another innovation within the security industry, creating a new ‘Security as a Service’ model for time-poor risk aware clients. As the pioneers of the ‘Secure Lifestyle’ movement, we continue to evolve and listen to our clients and their needs providing high touch, bespoke, frictionless, proportionate, jargon-free and timely risk management. Meanwhile, our free-to-use Checklist and Toolkit are more popular tools than ever before – true to our mission to make the world a safer place for everyone.
As we approach International Women’s Day on Thursday 7th March, I’m excited to have a packed agenda including speaking engagements and a charity event. I’m also really looking forward to a special brunch with The Women’s Chapter®, with all proceeds going to The Prince’s Trust. The Women’s Chapter is a purpose-driven community for senior professionals and entrepreneurs to connect, inspire and thrive. It is also the first women’s network to become B Corp Certified. I have been a Founding member since its inception and highly recommend joining their wonderfully supportive, curated community of 5,500 women.
