A wonderful opportunity to join a well-established and globally recognised charity as their Philanthropy and Grants Manager. Your focus will be to generate growth of UHNW partnerships and working on strategic plans for global philanthropic partnerships. Working in collaboration with senior members of the Leadership team, you will personally develop and manage a portfolio of prospective donors and need proven experience of cultivating and proactively managing successful relationships with UHNWs. A background in this arena is critical as you will be working with the Charity Boards of Trustees to build effective relationships for fundraising. Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a tenacious self-starter attitude and cultural understanding are required alongside the confidence to work with financial information including project budgets, with excellent research and writing skills to help design robust project proposals, reporting, monitoring and evaluation. The team are all passionate and dedicated – excited about their work and the results that are starting to come through. Hybrid working is possible, but you will need to regularly visit their HQ, so would best suit someone based in Hampshire/Wiltshire/Berkshire/Dorset.
