Working as part of a small core team, the administration, events, and communications assistant will report to the Director of Operations and Engagement and will support with organisational and administrative duties. It is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the delivery of communications, events, and the day-to-day running of the charity. You will need to be a jack of all trades and wear many hats on a daily basis. You will be the go-to for members, helping to write all the newsletters and membership materials, managing the website, and supporting all digital communications. The more proactive a candidate is, the sky is the limit—you will be able to pursue specific personal areas of interest.
The Director of Operations will be a supportive mentor and sounding board who will actively help to train this individual and work closely with them to manage the workload. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and experience.
The role will be based in various locations in central London, but the option of hybrid or flexible working could be explored for the right candidate.
This role will require a motivated self-starter who is confident in liaising with people from all walks of life, takes pride in the standard of their work, and is able to hit deadlines. Tech/social media savvy, with an eye for design. There is the option of global travel to attend the events and an exponential ability to increase the level of responsibility once proven.
Up to £30,000 depending upon the level of experience.
