We are looking for a full-time, permanent General Assistant for an exciting Entertainment company. Working from their Head Office 3 days a week, you are able to work remotely on 2 days. The company is creative, dynamic and exciting, representing various music stars and the Principals are high-profile. The role is client-facing and varied – the candidate would need to wear many different hats each day. They would be responsible for meeting and greeting any guests, assisting the Tour Manager with operations during this critical and very busy time, day-to-day management of IT, co-ordinating the digitisation of their database, responsible for all telecoms for members of the team and providers, setting up new starters, managing the office security and then assisting HR and the Ops Manager with admin, and the wider team with any needs.
The client would like to see some office-based experience, but this is about attitude, a hard-working disposition, upbeat personality and someone eager to learn and get stuck in.
