This is a unique opportunity. A large global company have established a Family Office/Corporate Head Office, based in the heart of the City of London, to support the Principals in all aspects of their lives. Each of the various business units have their own established HR teams, yet they are currently lacking a Head of HR, with extensive relevant experience across numerous jurisdictions, to come on board, and guide and advise on the best options and practices. The back up support is all in place. You will need to learn the ropes quickly and hit the ground running. In addition to the Senior Management, the Non-Executive Board is also packed with well known individuals, so they need someone with gravitas, able to handle interactions with diplomacy and professionalism. In addition, this person will likely pick up the hiring and management of household staff across the globe (60+ people). The culture in the office is wonderful – very tight-knit team, that work collaboratively and have fun doing so. Turnover is minimal – people join for life as they are treated well, respected, appreciated, and rewarded appropriately.
