A Highly experienced House Manager is required for a family based in the Kensington area. The family consists of the 2 principals and several children, not all of whom will be in residence at the same time. The family are not formal, but definitely want someone who can turn this on when the family are entertaining and receiving guests. However, this is a family home, so the right candidate will be someone who appreciates formality but will be equally at home with children running around.
The ideal candidate will have a very strong front-of-house/service background, ideally having come through the Butler route, or from a yachting background.
The role will be 5 days a week, but you will need to be very flexible and time off in lieu will be given if you are required to work your days off. This is a live-out position.
