A unique opportunity to work as the EA for this well-respected, dynamic COO of a world-renowned entertainment company. Given the exciting diversity of the role and the high pace and volume of the work, they are looking for an extensive handover with the current EA, before she heads on maternity leave for a year. So, all in – a 13+ month contract. Working 2-3 days a week in the office, this is a hybrid role where you can also work from home. The COO is very communicative and likes to work in partnership with his EA; always happy to answer questions. His diary is frantic and needs exacting attention to detail with all elements of travel, briefings etc. all considered in advance. There is also extensive global travel to arrange due to the exhilarating projects that are currently on the go. You will be in regular contact with the Principals, and there will be significant project work for the stars that they represent – regular liaison with VIPs and celebrities worldwide, so you will need to act as an ambassador, in a professional yet warm manner. An understanding of the entertainment industry would be beneficial so that you are able to hit the ground running from day one. In addition, there will be some elements of private work for the COO and his family. The office is collaborative and close-knit, sociable and friendly. All in all a great role!
