This passionate, dedicated, and hardworking Founder is looking for an established EA who is willing to relocate to Lusaka, Zambia. The business is established in many countries in Africa, but is in a new phase of extensive growth into other nations. The Founder is looking for a right-hand who will travel globally with him on a regular basis, attend all meetings, and work as an extension of him. A self-described technophobe who likes to do business face-to-face, you will be responsible for all his correspondence, gate-keep for him with his management team, build relationships with clients and potential clients, manage his inbox and proactively filter information, oversee his back-to-back diary, book all travel and respective transfers, accommodation etc. The pace will be fast and furious and requires someone who is culturally adaptable and sensitive and who is fully committed to and dedicated to their career. In addition to business duties, you will also cover his private life, where he is a passionate family man, with a growing property portfolio globally. The Founder is a workaholic and demanding, but very much values his team, many of whom have worked with him for decades. He will respect your private time, but will want out-of-hours contact for urgent matters. A lively, straight-talking boss, this is a totally unique role. You will be provided with accommodation, a company car, flights home and all expenses on business trips will be covered.
£80,000 – £100,000 depending upon experience, plus accommodation and car provided.
