UMBRA have been approached by a new client, to help find them a highly experienced Nanny to join their household staff. The role will be based in Morocco, but will also be to accompany the family on their travels and holidays. The role is to look after a 1-year-old child and help and assist in their personal growth and development. The parents are very involved in their child’s life, so developing and maintaining a good relationship with them is also key.
The right candidate will be highly experienced and qualified, with the parents preferring a Norland Nanny, but this is not essential. You should be flexible in your approach to duties and have substantial experience in a similar role; then moving forward, someone who can help with the child’s education, manners and etiquette. You should be a fluent English speaker with preferably another language, especially French. The ideal person for the role would be someone willing to commit to at least 2 years with the family and for this you will be rewarded.
The compensation package includes a separate apartment and salary commensurate with experience, this is for a 5-day week, but with some flexibility, especially when travelling.
